How Your Project Data Is Delivered
Pacific Fieldworks organizes every survey into a clean, cloud-based project workspace. Each flight is automatically saved by date, making it easy to review progress, compare stages, and access past deliverables at any time.
Your maps, 3D models, elevation layers, stockpile volumes, annotations, field notes, and reports are all grouped in simple project folders. You can access everything from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Sharing your data is simple. Invite your contractors, developers, project owners or inspectors with custom permissions or send view-only links to subs. This keeps everyone aligned with the most up-to-date information without sending files back and forth.
2D & 3D Site Maps
2D Maps

High-resolution, overhead site maps aligned to real-world coordinates (RTK). Ideal for tracking site progress, marking utilities, measuring distances/areas, and keeping subcontractors aligned with the most current site conditions.
3D Models

Accurate, interactive 3D reconstructions of your project. Perfect for visualizing grading, stockpiles, elevation changes, access routes, and overall site layout. Supports owner updates, design teams, and documenting site conditions over time.
Elevation Maps
2D Elevation Heatmap

Color-coded elevation visualization showing high and low points across the job site. Helps with drainage planning, spotting grading issues, and identifying problem areas before they cause delays.
3D Elevation & Contours

Interactive 3D elevation model with customizable contour intervals. Used for tracking grading progress, analyzing slopes, planning access routes, and confirming work aligns with approved grading plans.
Volume Calculations
Stockpile & Material Volumes

Measure stockpiles, spoil piles, and excavated areas with accurate cut/fill values from a single drone flight. Each polygon shows area, cut, fill, and net volume, aligned to project's survey coordinate system (RTK).
Cut/Fill Visualization

3D color-coded cut/fill maps make it easy to see where material has been added or removed. Helps verify subcontractor quantities, monitor site changes, document progress, and track material movement over time.
Site Map Comparison

Go Back In Time

Instantly peel back your site to any previous survey date to reveal utilities, trench lines, subgrade, rough cuts, or any work that has since been covered. This allows you to verify what was installed, confirm elevation changes, and resolve questions or disputes long after work is buried.
Compare Survey Dates

Swipe between any two maps to visualize material movement, grading progress, stockpile changes, plan deviations or building progress. This tool is especially valuable for validating subcontractor work, monitoring jobsite progress, and catching issues before they impact schedule or budget.
Annotation Tools
Area Measurement

Outline any shape - parking lots, pads, disturbed areas, or work zones to calculate precise surface area. Useful for estimating materials, tracking erosion control zones, and verifying completed work.
Point Markers

Drop a point anywhere on the map to mark utilities, issues, coordinates, centerlines, or items needing follow-up. Points automatically store exact RTK-aligned elevation and location data.
Material / Item Counts

Use the count tool to tag and total repetitive items or site assets.
Line Measurement

Quickly measure distances such as trench runs, road segments, utilities, fence lines, or edge-of-pavement lengths. Surface profiles show slope and elevation change along any path.
Overlays
Multiple Overlay Formats

Upload PDFs, PNGs, geo-referenced drawings (SHP), point measurement CSVs, 2D/3D visualization files (OBJ/IFC), and design surfaces (GeoTIFF, DXF, XML). Each file can be scaled, rotated, aligned and adjusted for opacity. This gives supers, engineers, and subcontractors a powerful way to cross-check plans directly on the live map without shuffling through binders or separate software.
Align Overlays on Map

Display utility plans, grading sheets, site layouts, or engineering PDFs directly on top of drone map. Once aligned, overlays make it easy to verify that trenches, utilities, parking layouts, curb lines, and grading work match what was designed. Identify deviations fast, confirm as-builts, and compare field conditions against plan sets.
360° Walkthrough
360° Ground Walk

Step through your jobsite virtually with high-resolution 360° ground imagery. Capture exterior or interior spaces and review site conditions as if you were standing on-site. This helps owners, supers, and inspectors stay updated without needing to travel to the project.
Highlight Issues & Track Observations

Call out hazards, workmanship concerns, discrepancies, or items needing follow-up directly inside the 360° view. Notes stay anchored to precise locations creating a simple, visual way to communicate issues and document progress over time.
Team Sharing
Invite Users to Project

Share your project with other team members, supers, engineers, inspectors, or clients. Add users by email and assign the right permission level: Coordinator, Editor, or Viewer. This keeps everyone aligned with exactly the access they need.
Manage User Permissions

Fine-tune what collaborators can do with simple project-wide controls. Enable view-only links for broad access, allow media downloads when needed, and give editors the ability to add or remove users. These settings let you keep the project secure while still making it effortless for teams to review maps, walkthroughs, and updates.
File Exports
Export Multiple Map Types

Export high-resolution deliverables directly from your project workspace. Choose from a variety of options that fit your objective. These export options allow owners, contractors, and engineers to pull exactly what they need whether for reporting, design review, grading checks, or documentation.
File Type Selection

Each export supports multiple file formats including PDF, JPG, and GeoTIFF. This makes it easy to deliver maps and surfaces in the format best suited for design teams, permitting requirements, or daily exporting. Exports can be emailed directly to recipients, saved to project folders, or downloaded for local use ensuring smooth handoffs.
Field Notes & Reports
Field Notes

Use field notes to document issues, observations, or progress directly on your map. Create notes from any annotation - points, lines, areas, or measurement tools. Anchor them precisely to survey locations with exact RTK-based coordinates, elevation and timestamps. Field notes centralize jobsite communication by keeping items organized, marking the user that created it, sortable, and location tagging.
Reports

Generate professional reports from your Field Notes or auto-generated project data. Create annotation reports, photo reports, stockpile summaries, point-measurement logs, and other industry specific report types. Report are organized by date and type. Reports can be downloaded locally, emailed to recipients, or kept in project folder.
